Even if you're not doing the General IELTS test, there were some useful phrases in the letter that I wrote last Sunday. Note them down, and see if you can use them in your own sentences:
- to have a document translated
(to have something done = to get someone else to do it for you) - I've been given the opportunity to...
- provide a copy along with the original
- to submit a document
- to secure a place on a course
- I'm running out of time
- do someone a favour
(e.g. Do you think you could do me a big favour?) - give me an hour of your time
- whenever suits you best
- to pop round (informal) = to visit someone
